MICHAEL DEC

ADJUNCT 1

Billiard balls in the horse traps
red typewriter ribbon in error, spatula fried to the floor
the greenish lumps of nightsky he hurtles off the road
Visages (pastel ice masks) mesh neon donuts
buck and a quarter (in any direction)
bone china wheelskull gleaming down the highway
butts in coffee grounds (goddess in ashes)
dust to clay pigeons
mock turtle soup on my Da Vinci heliotrope
(siren whistle jammed into trachea)
broken statue half erased by the wind(ow) off the lake
My crankcase,
flywheel;
am churlish;
fire extinguisher half crystal
The walls sweat -
chew plastic spoons
