Summer clad in suburbs
Sweet dew drops from machines on high
Heat wafts up with its blurred haze
Everyone yells when they don’t need to
Part of the culture
Drunk in in the afternoon on Wednesdays
Hitting stop signs with cars
They hate YOLO
They want to live here forever
Yet the lifetime feels like eternity
Just like the communities
